Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping.

2. Shipping Time

Once processed, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the UK.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only (unless otherwise stated at checkout).

3. Shipping Cost – Free Shipping

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders – no minimum purchase required.

There are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email (if available for your shipping method).

5. Free Returns – Max 4 Days Processing

We want you to be completely satisfied with your For4Kitchen purchase.

Return shipping is free for all eligible items.

Return processing time:

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within a maximum of 4 days.

Return steps:

  1. Contact us at adamjamili12@proton.me with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a free return label (no cost to you).

  3. Pack the item securely and attach the label.

  4. Drop off at the designated carrier location.

Conditions for free returns:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Excluded items (non-returnable): opened knives, cutlery sets for hygiene reasons, perishable goods, and personalized items (unless faulty).

Refund timeline after return:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 4 days of receiving the returned item.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost parcels)
