Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping.

Once processed, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the UK.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only (unless otherwise stated at checkout).

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders – no minimum purchase required.

There are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email (if available for your shipping method).

Return shipping is free for all eligible items.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within a maximum of 4 days.

Contact us at adamjamili12@proton.me with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a free return label (no cost to you).
Pack the item securely and attach the label.
Drop off at the designated carrier location.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Excluded items (non-returnable): opened knives, cutlery sets for hygiene reasons, perishable goods, and personalized items (unless faulty).

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 4 days of receiving the returned item.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit:
