We want you to love your For4Kitchen purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and fast processing – no hassle, no cost to you.

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

3. Free Returns – How It Works

We provide free return shipping on all eligible items.

Step-by-step process:

  1. Contact us at adamjamili12@proton.me with:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Receive your free return label – We will email you a prepaid shipping label within 1 business day.

  3. Pack your item(s) securely in original packaging (if possible).

  4. Drop off at the carrier location indicated on the label (no cost to you).

  5. We process your return – Within maximum 4 days of receiving your package.

  6. Refund issued – Money returned to your original payment method within 4 days of processing.

Total return processing from delivery to refund: No more than 4 days for us to complete our part.

5. Conditions for Free Returns

To qualify for free returns, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories

  • Not damaged by the customer

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned (unless faulty):

  • Knives and sharp cutlery (hygiene & safety reasons)

  • Opened or used kitchen electrics

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items, spices)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale items marked "final sale"

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, email us before purchasing.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund

  • You do not need to return the faulty item in many cases – we will advise you

Processing for faulty items: Within 2 days (faster than standard returns).

8. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

  • If you paid with a gift card, you will receive a gift card credit

  • Shipping fees are fully refunded when you use our free return label (since return is free)

9. Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product?

  • Return the original item using free returns (as above)

  • Place a new order for the item you want

  • Your refund for the original item will be processed within 4 days

We do not offer direct exchanges to ensure you get your new item faster.
